Cancellation Policy​

Any cancellations made 48 hours or less before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the service (s). If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a fee of 100% of the service will be charged. Changes to any scheduled appointment, that is at a lower value, must be made beforehand, if changes happen on the day, they will still be charged at the original price.​

 Travel Expenses ​

As a fully mobile stylist, there is an automatic charge of £5 added to the booked service. This is within a 10-mile radius from my current postcode in Basingstoke. For any travel further than 10 miles, there is a £1 extra charge per mile for the journey there and back.​

Skin Testing/Consultations​

Skin testing MUST be done 48 hours before ANY colouring service. The skin test is valid for 6 months. Skin testing/consultations is £10.

Payments

Payments must be made via cash or bank transfer on the day of the appointment. There will be a charge per day of £5 if the payment has not been made.

Bridal bookings and payments

Bridal services are secured with a £50 deposit for all bookings within the UK. The deposit is deducted from the final fee. Any enquiries for which the deposit hasn't been paid are not confirmed and therefore the availability cannot be guaranteed. Full terms will be emailed to the client via email when enquired.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased here. This will be sent as a e-voucher only. The voucher is valid for up to 6 months, unless noted otherwise. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and no-transferable. 

Video/Photography and uses of images

Any video/photography may be used as marketing material on social media and websites unless client expresses otherwise.
